Counseling Services

Natalie offers different types of counseling services, and each treatment plan is specially designed to best fit your needs. Feel free to submit questions on Get in Touch page regarding any additional specific counseling questions you may have that are not listed below. Moreover, she conducts international online consultations via Skype or FaceTime in both: English and Polish language.


Parenting Counseling

I help families overcome struggles. I help see and understand the underlying needs and wants that each family member has and how to peacefully cooperate one with another while meeting everyone’s real needs. I go on a journey with you offering guidance and highly effective parenting tools, and strategies for creating a peaceful and respectful relationship with your close ones.

Individual Counseling

I provide support, guidance, and evaluation for individuals who are facing delicate and complex difficulties that comes up in life – as we can explore the process of “unaware to aware”. These meetings can touch on topics such as problem-solving; feeling stuck; communication issues; self-search development; family, relationship issues, grief, and many more.

Couples Counseling

I help recognize destructive patterns that go on in a cycle mode. Then with my support, you can learn new skills that help break up the cycle with the growth of new healthy patterns that will improve your communication and bring a mutual understanding. I focus on a non-blaming, non-judging approach and I help to bring more connected and lasting relationships.

Signa’s Story

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Private consulting meetings are conducted online via Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom. Contact me, if you need another way to connect or if you canโ€™t find a time that works for you (add your proposition of a time).


Private consulting meetings are NOT diagnoses. I provide non-judgmental support and guidance of new skill sets that you can learn, as well as helping to explore new ideas and ways that will improve your well-being.


One consultation session is 60 minutes and costs $90 (due to the need to complete the process you are in at the moment – I will extend the time up to 5 minutes – you still pay $90 per session).


Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.


My waiting time is 15 min. If you do not attend a meeting within 15 min, I will go offline. Contact me then as soon as you can.
